Our highly qualified tutors are on hand to train and develop you and your team.
At SMART Swim Centre, we have created a safe educational training space through our dryside area, to allow us to train our staff in house and on the job. This keeps our staff levels high to ensure lessons and public swims aren't cancelled. Our Management team is made up of Aquatic, First Aid, Mental Health, Safeguarding, Education and Training and IQA tutors. Courses in these discliplines and fields are available to the general public and local businesses, allowing courses to be run during the day, evening or weekend without costing through the roof!
